Your professional chauffeur will pick you up directly from your home, hotel, or Airbnb in the Denver metro area and take you straight to the Top Circle Lot at Red Rocks, the most convenient drop-off location. No need to rush or coordinate a return. Your driver will stay on-site for the entire duration of the concert and will be ready to pick you up from the top immediately after the show ends. This service includes up to two pickup and drop-off locations, making it easy to coordinate your group. Inside the vehicle, you set the tone for the night. Alcohol is permitted and can be consumed in accordance with Federal and Colorado laws, so you can keep the party going on the way to and from the show. Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions 1. Reservation & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The price is all-inclusive, covering transportation, taxes, fees, and a 20% chauffeur gratuity. The maximum capacity of the van is 14 passengers. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) or more before the pickup date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the pickup date are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. 3. Changes to Booking Requests to change the date and time of the service must be made at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply if changes result in a longer route or extended service. 4. Pickup & Drop-Off Your chauffeur will arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Your chauffeur will drop you off at the venue entrance (when possible) and wait for you until after the show. Please follow the chauffeur's instructions for the pickup location after the show to ensure a smooth return. 5. Conduct & Safety Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow all chauffeur's instructions. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Alcohol consumption is permitted only if it complies with state and local laws. Event Transportation Brokers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or anyone whose behavior poses a safety risk. 6. Damages & Cleaning The booking client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers during the trip. A cleaning fee may be charged if the vehicle requires excessive cleaning (e.g., spills, vomiting). 7. Transportation Providers Events Transportation Brokers arranges transportation services with local transportation providers who are fully licensed, insured, and compliant with all state and federal requirements. All providers meet the necessary safety and operational standards to deliver professional and reliable service. 8. Liability Event Transportation Broker is not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle. Service may be delayed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, traffic accidents). In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Event Transportation Brokers is not liable for missed events, flights, or reservations due to delays outside of our control.
