PRIVATE SHUTTLE

Online chat is how is started. Personal attention is how it ended. I began chatting with Red Rocks Transit about options and pricing for my dates. The rates were better than others I had seen online. Ok, cheaper does not always mean better. I dont know what the other transit services offer but what we got was well worth the pricing and beyond.

 

As most people, we had out tickets months before the show. We had VIP Experience tickets for our show. We received an email requesting that we show up an hour earlier for the gate than what we had expected and communicated with Red Rocks Transit. Once getting this updated entry time, I called and left a message requesting an earlier pick up. I got a call back shortly after and was advised that there would be no issue in adjusting the time. I expected to hear that there would be an additional fee added for the extra hour. NOPE ! Not a mention of it. All I got was, "Yes sir, we can make that happen for you."

 

The driver, Martin, arrived at our hotel 15 minutes earlier than our agreed departure time. He sent me a text advising that he was there and would be waiting for us at the hotel lobby doorway. We walked out to find a professionally dressed and handsome young man with a great smile and a servant attitude. He was there for US and it showed for the remainder of the trip. He had bottles of water already in place by our seats. The vehicle was sparkly clean inside and out. No funny smells. Not even a speck of dirt on the floor. Martin already had queued up Alabama Shakes on the car stereo and made sure that we had everything we needed before departure. As we traveled to the show, Martin offered friendly and thoughtful experience about the Denver area and Red Rocks.

 

Once arriving in the complex road options of Red Rocks, Martin made quick contact with the red Rocks staff and was advised of our drop gate. We were driven to within 10 feet of the gate. Martin advised that he would be waiting for us right there after the show. If not in the car but in person to escort us to the car.

 

GREAT SHOW ! Mass mayhem afterwards ! Not to be let down by Martin. He sent me a text and advised he was there and would find us in the crowd. BOOM, as soon as we exited the gate, there stood Martin with his wonderful smile and same friendly demeanor. "Follow me right this way sir. I have the car waiting over here." As before, he opened the door for my wife and offered the same for me. We chatted a moment about the crowd size and eagerness of all to exit the complex system outside the event. I asked Martin to change the music to JJ Grey and he quickly without complaint did so. He showed interest in the song choice and musician he had never heard of before.

 

The night had promised of rain since before the departure from the hotel. Luckily, it never really rained but continued to hint of it. Bumper to bumper traffic and a light mist is what we found at the end. We also saw hundreds and hundreds of people trying to find their parking lot and making their way down the roadsides to the various parking lots entangled in the vastness of the complex. We enjoyed air conditioning, dry seats and JJ Grey as we safely made our way back to the hotel. Arriving back at our hotel without feeling rushed, he completed the night as professional as it started.

 

When I am back in Denver, I will NEVER hesitate to use Red Rocks Transit and will be especially requesting Martin. In fact, Martin made the whole experience so much better that we may plan another trip soon just to enjoy the service. Thanks Red Rocks Transit !!
