How does the shuttle service work?Our shuttle offers a round-trip ride from three designated Denver locations to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Riders are dropped off as the venue opens and picked up approximately 30 minutes after the event ends.

Where are the pickup locations?Our shuttles depart from three central spots in Denver: RiNo – Larimer St & 27th St LoDo – Union Station (Wewatta side) LoHi – Little Man Ice Cream

When should I arrive at my shuttle stop?Aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. You can find your pick up time on your ticket. Traffic and road conditions may affect pick up times slightly.

Where will the shuttle drop me off at Red Rocks?Drop-off and pick-up happen at the Top Circle Lot, close to seating and venue entry! Unlike rideshare services that require a long uphill walk from the lower lots, our transportation providers are permitted to both drop off and pick up at the top. That means a smooth arrival before the show and an easy, stress-free exit when it's over—no long hike, no waiting in the crowd.

What time will we leave after the concert?We depart 30 minutes after the show ends. This gives you enough time to get back to the pickup spot inside Red Rocks.

Can I bring drinks on the shuttle?Yes, you may bring beverages. Please be respectful of others and follow driver instructions. Alcohol is allowed (21+ only), but no glass containers. Please drink responsibly.

Is there space for tailgate-style gear or camping chairs?Yes! Feel free to bring light gear. Just keep in mind space is limited and subject to driver discretion.

Do I need a concert ticket?Yes. Shuttle tickets are for transportation only and do not include entry to the event.

Is there a minimum age to ride?No. All passengers, regardless of age, need their own shuttle pass. We can’t accommodate lap seating. Minors should be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my pickup location after booking?Yes, you can adjust your pickup spot up to 24 hours before the event by contacting our support team.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure receive a full refund. No refunds are available for cancellations within 24 hours of the shuttle time.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?Yes, shuttle passes are transferable. Just send the recipient the ticket to show at check-in. Same shuttle ticket can not be used more than once. Only the first scan of the ticket will be honored.
